What She Builds

Her advisory work spans professional services, technology, and government contracting, with deep specialization in LATAM companies entering the U.S. market. She focuses on multi-state compliance architecture, leadership enablement, compensation strategy, and building the people infrastructure that lets founders stop managing HR by instinct and start managing it with precision. For international clients, she brings trilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and operational experience guiding leadership teams through American employment law from their very first U.S. hire.

The Background

Gabriella has lived across four countries (Brazil, Argentina, the United States, and Mexico), and built HR infrastructure from inside the kinds of organizations most consultants only advise. She holds a Master of Human Resources Management, is Six Sigma-trained, and has spent her career at the intersection of compliance precision and organizational strategy.

Her conviction is that organizational performance is a business lever, not a compliance function, and that the difference between a company that scales cleanly and one that breaks under growth almost always comes down to whether someone built the right infrastructure at the right time.
